Joining SMCG as a Consultant Manager

SMCG is composed of a series of integrated business units. Each unit is managed by a Consultant Partner who will have an equity stake in the business unit.


The Consultant Partner is responsible for:

  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with corporations
  • Selling client projects
  • Leading the implementation of client projects
  • Recruiting consultants
  • Coordinating activities with SMCG Consultant Partners in other markets

All the activities of the Consultant Partner are guided by the internal processes and systems.

Every Consultant receives a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure that the Consultant is able to sell and deliver to the highest level.

In addition significant support is provided through the Corporate office within each market.
